Government Authority located in Washington, DC; USA looking for expert vendor for Offsite Customer Service Call Center Services.
[A] Budget: The maximum value for the base year of this Contract is $950,000.
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Customer Service Call Center Services for government authority.
(2) Vendor should provide live agent and interactive voice response services, and to place outgoing, automated telephone calls to pre-defined telephone numbers.
(3) Contract period shall be for one (1) year and it may extend for one (1) additional year.
(4) Vendor should support both English and Spanish speaking customers.

[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite/offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our/their office location.
