[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Offsite vendor‐hosted call center for Educational Organization.
(2) The Contractor must provide a dedicated toll‐free number that is answered with a script written by the authority.
(3) Contract period shall be for one (1) year and it may extend for four (4) additional one year periods.
(4) Service should be available 7 days/week, 24 hours/day and 365 days/year.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
