Educational Organization located in Virginia; USA looking for expert vendor for On Demand Construction Services.
[A] Budget:
Magnitude of the project is expected to fall within the range of $10,000 to $300,000 in cost.
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide On Demand Construction Services for an Educational Organization.
(2) Vendor should provide Construction Services which includes, but is not limited to, roofing, plumbing, painting, HVAC work, electrical work, carpentry, masonry, or similar interior or exterior building alteration or renovation work.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 16, 2012.
(4) Contract is for the period two (2) years, with an option to renew for additional three  one year periods.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite.
