(1) Vendor needs to provide Services such as imaging, storage, archiving, removal, retrieval and destruction of records for government authority.
(2) Vendor should provide boxes for packing up original records to be imaged. (3) Vendor should pick up boxes of records to be imaged.
(4) Vendor needs to also store records for a period of one year from time of imaging.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
