[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide internal investigation services may include witness interviews and reviews of evidentiary materials to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM.
- Provide a single invoice for services concurrently with submission of the investigative report.
- Invoices must contain the following information; date of activity, description of activity, time required of activity, person performing activity.
- Provide office facilities, office equipment, and management, supervisorial, secretarial and clerical support to all activities arising out of such responsibilities.
- The successful offeror is expected to work independently without significant assistance or input of city staff.
- Conduct investigations into: internal complaints of discriminatory conduct prohibited by title vii of the 1964 civil rights act, the state human rights act, and city policy prohibiting discriminatory conduct against an employee or member of the public, complaints to be investigated under this agreement include claims of disparate treatment, discriminatory harassment and retaliation for activity protected under title vii, the state human rights act and city policy.
- Consult with the city attorney's office regarding information obtained in such investigations.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 1, 2020.
(3) The term of contract will be one year.
