[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide workplace investigative services to human resources and office of equal opportunity services matters to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM.
- Examples include but are not limited to the following: Employee misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, Title IX, workplace fraud, civil rights, policy violations, Whistleblower complaints, background investigations, employee and public complaints
- The contractor may only communicate with the designated representatives within regarding the nature and scope of the investigation; information and evidence collected; investigative finding; and investigative work products
- Comply with all federal, state, local laws, statutes, ordinances rules and regulations while conducting all investigations
- Perform a full range of investigative work including but not limited to interviews, surveillance, and background checks
- Evaluate all evidence gathered in each investigation to formulate defensible investigative conclusions regarding the alleged violations
- Research public and private sources, such as records, social networking sites, and databases, to gather and analyze pertinent information
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 27, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
