- The University is seeking an easy to use client portal that gives direct access to results, and features and an intuitive dashboard that simplifies the background checking process. A system that provides a simple process similar to what is described below:
1. Ability to choose a pre-defined package or select individual items.
2. Ability to review background check request details.
3. Ability to add additional or optional items, if desired.
4. Ability to finalize the request with candidate information
5. Ability to provide consultation and review of exceptions
- The system must provide the ability to customize the notice sent to the applicant to reflect UT Arlington branding and required consumer information. The system must provide timely reports, curtail costs, minimize risks and ensure that background checks are accurate and complete. The system must include access to the national sex offender registry.
