(1) Vendor needs to provide investigative services for equal employment opportunity, federally funded, and assisted program complaints to the government authority located in Washington, DC.
- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform EEO Investigative Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
- The investigative plan must include the following:
- Issues under investigation
- Witness List
- Questions planned for each witness and “Named Official”
- Document Request
(2) The contract period will be for one year.
