- Collect and document all relevant information and evidence relating to the incident or allegation,
- Determination that there is sufficient evidence or not to support the allegations of employee misconduct,
- Preliminary determination of the scope of the alleged offence,
- Ensure that evidence is identified and protected in order to maintain continuity in accordance with the guidelines that are applicable to the subject matter of the investigation,
- Provide progress reports on the investigation to the client, etc. to the government authority located in Quebec.
