(1) Vendor needs to provide newborn screening services to the government authority located in Cullowhee, NC.
- Provide an onsite screening method using an FDA cleared test kit and associated instrumentation for
detection and identification of lysosomal storage disorders, MPS I and Pompe disease, in newborn babies by measuring α-L-iduronidase (IDUA) and acid α glucosidase (GAA), respectively in DBS specimens,
- Provide all reagents, chemicals, solvents, consumables, supplies, software, and quality control material required to run the method and transmit results.
(2) A mandatory site visit will be held on December 9,2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 14,2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
