Vendor needs to provide anti- harassment investigation services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.
- Investigations will include a thorough review of the circumstances under which the alleged harassment occurred.  For each assigned investigation, the Contractor will identify and obtain evidence from all relevant sources and gather sufficient information to include in the investigative report.  This report must provide the Agency with a sufficient factual basis to make decisions. The Contractor shall provide the services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this PWS.
- The Agency will refer to the contractor allegations of workplace harassment received.  At that time, the Agency will issue authorization to proceed with the investigation.  Investigations are usually performed in four phases: (1) planning the investigation; (2) securing testimony; (3) obtaining documentary evidence to support the complainant’s allegation; and (4) preparing the Report of Fact Finding (ROFF).  
- Task 1 Investigation Services
- The contractor shall provide up to twenty-five (25) Harassment Investigations per year.
- The contractor shall schedule, coordinate and host a Project Kick-off Meeting no later than (NLT) ten workdays after the award, at the location approved by the Government. The meeting shall provide the opportunity to discuss technical, management, and logistic issues; and reporting procedures.
