(1) Vendor needs to provide screening services to the government authority located in Flint, MI.
- The screenings will be performed by a licensed nurse Sunday-Monday based on the city department work schedules
- The screenings will consist of a questionnaire approved by the CDC, a review of symptoms, and a
temperature test
- The screenings will be performed in strict adherence with CDC guidelines
- The Nurses will have all necessary supplies to ensure proper sanitization to impair the spread of infection
- The written results of the screenings will be submitted to the HR department collectively after each
Session
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 11, 2021.
