[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide a fully integrated ticketing, donor and marketing software solution for campus wide events in order to maximize ticket sales, customer service and platform integration include athletics as well as preforming arts and certain other cultural and academic.
- The ticketing solution shall provide a positive patron/brand experience, capitalizing on new and emerging technologies, with full patron data capture, analytic capabilities and reporting, and should have:
1. The capability to manage multiple aspects of an event registration process (including but not limited to):
- Innovative ticketing technologies relevant to current trends, such as dynamic pricing, social media integration, digital ticketing and delivery, and a mobile-friendly ticketing platform.
- Venue management (e.g., customized seating layouts)
- Attendance and sales reporting, real time and automated
- Participant customized registration, students recognized automatically
2. Fully configurable. An e-commerce component specifically branded for various campus departments and/or venues will be integral to the success of the solution, as it will enable the departments/venues to uniquely promote and sell event-specific products.
3. The content made available to the customer through the solution shall be flexible, scalable, and editable in real-time to support specific campus events or campaigns.
4. Personalized relationships: The solution shall currently have a mechanism that captures and stores customer engagement information. The information stored must be able to be shared by other functional components of HSU’s overall solution: Ticketing Sales, Donor Tracking, Customer Relationship Management and Integrated Third Parties. Customers shall be able to easily access and update their account information in order to provide HSU with the most up-to-date customer information.
5. HSU requires a ticketing provider with a strong marketing presence that provides email and/or mobile device confirmations, print-at-home tickets, etc., and must be customizable to allow HSU to market effectively to its patrons and potential patrons.
6. The ability to reach patrons of a selected event instantly, to notify of changes of schedule and/or location.
(2) The contract period will be for three year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
