[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide small business event management services
- Provide small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs with timely, relevant, actionable information and advice on starting, operating, growing, and sustaining their small businesses;
- Feature private and public small business resources, practical solutions, best practices, and expert assistance on a broad range of business topics and challenges; and
- Provide an opportunity for small business owners and entrepreneurs to network with other entrepreneurs, business owners, managers, and business-oriented non-profits, as well as local, regional, state, and federal agencies,
- Small Business team in organizing up to five (5) conferences and/or events during the Primary Term, including, but not limited to, seeking, vetting, and securing venues, vendors, advertising channels, supplies, registration (platform, services, and payment portal), pre-and post-event planning, invoicing and reporting, and event staffing (at least two (2) staff members for every in-person conference, with a maximum of three (3) staff members for conferences exceeding 200 registrants) for each event.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
