Vendor needs to provide messaging strategy and materials for implementation services
- to design and develop consistent messaging materials and a messaging strategy that will assist the County government with executing its Welcoming Workplace Action Plan
- The materials would include a logo, slogan, and clear and consistent messaging throughout the multiple phases of the project, the expected outcomes of a successful campaign are a more informed employee body, increased engagement in the Welcoming Workplace initiative and a broader array of stakeholders supporting Welcoming Workplaces in County
- Develop a consistent messaging strategy for long-term education and outreach that includes a variety of distribution methods. The messaging will focus on the importance of the
Welcoming Workplace initiative, while encouraging employees to support and participate.
- Messaging deliverables to include, but not limited to:
- Script for short video explaining who, what, and why of initiative
- Talking points
- Speech writing for press events
- Press releases
- Email scripts
- Written updates to staff
- Develop a slogan for use in the implementation efforts of the Action Plan
- Develop an array of concepts and designs for messaging materials that include, but are not limited to, the following: - Marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and postcards
- Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint template, Word template, etc.)
- Videography
- All messaging will include English and Spanish versions
- Provide guidance and measure effectiveness of the messages and messaging methods during the initial quarter of the messaging campaign.
