Vendor needs to provide municipal wastewater and industrial effluent tool and database development project to identify variables of concern and pollutant sources, assess the sensitivity of waterbodies to pollution, and analyze trends and seasonality in effluent characteristics.
- Improvements to data management and reporting processes are sought to increase efficiencies, support sound decision making, and improve surface water quality management
- to improving the data entry and data management process by developing tools and/or templates to facilitate the automated ingestion of data
- tools and/or templates necessary to improve wastewater and effluent data collection and reporting going forward
- An electronic and automated system is desired to facilitate the timely receipt and uploading of wastewater and industrial effluent data submitted from facility operators
- automatic upload system is maintained by an external contractor
- Digitize and collate backlog of EPEA reports and missing observations into a flexible and functional database utilizing the tool(s) developed
- Identify opportunities to further improve processes related to wastewater and effluent data collection, monitoring, and reporting
- Document approach, results, and recommendations of the project in the form of a written report.

Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
