[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide recycling and solid waste management services for district seven headquarters and building to the government authority located in Tampa, FL.
- The vendor shall provide recycle bin or receptacles in central locations throughout inside of the district seven headquarters building. the vendor shall re-use any current department owned receptacles to keep down cost and environmental impacts.
- The vendor shall provide a maximum of up to fifty-two receptacles.
- The vendor shall supply, manage, and pay for a professional collection crew to pick up and properly dispose of recycle materials two times a week during standard business hours for internal receptacles. the department reserves the right to change the days of pick up at any time. the vendor shall not line receptacles.
- The vendor shall supply and service a designated size waste container to fulfill the recycling requirements two times a week.
- Recycling materials include aluminum, plastic, paper, cardboard, and glass. the vendor shall service one four-yard waste container five days a week.
- The vendor shall fully manage and oversee the solid waste and recycle program, including but not limited to collections, days, frequency, sizes, increases or decreases, and costing where applicable or needed for best interest of the program.
- The vendor shall provide custom set up, monitoring, customer support, evaluations, quarterly diversion reporting and subsequent documents.
- The vendor shall maintain receptacles clean and sanitary.
- The vendor shall address emergency needs and issues in a prompt manner. in unforeseen circumstances where the vendor is not able to pick up on scheduled day, the vendor shall have a crew or back up crew available within twenty-four hours of the missed day.
(2) The contract period will be for two years.
