Vendor needs to provide data analytic evaluation studies services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.
- Developing surveys, including instrument development, and submitting clearance packages for office approval.
- Analyzing data from surveys and producing a reader‐friendly brief report of findings and a presentation.  
- Conducting qualitative case studies on their efforts to increase identification of children and youth experiencing homelessness and to connect them to wrap‐ around and educational support services.
- The contractor shall prepare a detailed study design including a plan for obtaining and analyzing relevant extant data.
- The contractor shall determine the most useful format for presenting findings from each analytic study under this task order to include business intelligence tools and formal reports.
- The contractor shall notify and recruit the sites in the study sample.
- The contractor shall develop a sampling design for the qualitative case studies.
