Vendor needs to provide web-based online training program service.
- Web-based online training program for personnel to make reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing determinations.
- Program shall not require the download of software by users. It shall be able to operate on a reliable internet connection
- Ability to assign users
- Full reporting capability is required with an administrator’s view including the ability to monitor each user’s advancement through the training and completion of tests and create reports
- Users shall be able to create a unique username and password and can retrieve and/or reset the password independently
- Users must have the ability to pause the program at any point and bookmark to resume later from the same point. Users shall also have the option to go back to any point in the program to review content that has already been covered
- Content shall include interactive quizzes, which users must complete before advancing to the next section
- Ability to retake until a passing score is achieved.
- Users shall be able to print a certificate of completion upon receiving a passing score on the final exam.
