[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional auditing services to the government authority located in Littleton, CO.
- Certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022 with the option of auditing the County’s financial statements for each of the four subsequent fiscal years
- The auditor shall also be responsible for performing certain limited procedures involving required supplementary information required
- A report on the fair presentation of the financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles, including an opinion on the fair presentation of the supplementary schedule of expenditures of federal awards in relation to the audited financial statements.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 16, 2022
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2022.
