(1) Vendor needs to provide internet-based auction service to contract with a website provider to conduct the internet-based auctions, pursuant to authority granted to the county tax collector by the revenue and taxation code to the government authority located in Riverside, CA.
- The purpose of an unsecured tax sale is to collect unpaid personal property taxes and to convey the owner's rights, title and interest in the property to the purchaser.
