(1) Vendor needs to provide and coordinate and execute the replacement of the city’s VOIP phone system with a cloud-based system.
- The new telephone system will replace an 8+ year old city-owned cisco VOIP telephone system that has reached its end of life.
- Seeking a long-term, cost-effective, easy-to-use, easy-to-configure, and easy-to-manage telephony solution maintaining existing telephone numbers.
- The desired features include, but are not limited to: programmable automated attendant, integrated corporate directory, call routing, call pick up, call transfer, call forward, volume control and mute, 911 and e911 compliance.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 25, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2022.
