(1) Vendor needs to provide data integration platform.
- Prefers a cloud-based SaaS solution that can be accessed from a standard web browser, including but not limited to, all current supported versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari.
- A solution that is developed using a responsive web design approach for use on a multitude of devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Unlimited user accounts.
- Solution shall be accessible seven days a week, 24 hours per day.
- The data integration platform should facilitate the rapid dissemination of intelligence.
- Ability to toggle added layers.
- Active display of popular news feeds.
- The application software must provide an easy-to-use administrative console for integration task management.
- Ability to create a shapefile to isolate data, cameras, etc. to a desired location.
- Ability to upload crime data from outside resources.
- Ability to create record of activity, usage, states, supervisor mode.
- Operational planning through addition of shapefiles, production of PDF file.
- Ability for citizens to submit tips to platform via SMS.
- Ability to mass message a group of users by selecting an area of assignment.
- Ability for employees to submit bid requests for Stadium assignment via text and email.
