- Assist county staff on matters regarding health care issues for employees.
- Develop county health care protocol or policies.
- Consult with the legal department on issues related to employee health care and employment related medical issues.
- Ensure compliance with all medical requirements.
- Perform post placement exams, workers compensation injuries, disability evaluations and fit for duty evaluations.
- Review drug testing procedure and positive drug tests of county employees.
(2) A contract period will be for one year.
