[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide court ordered debt collection services to lawsuits to pay to the court fines, costs, fees, and restitution. Contact and other identifying information is collected by the ordering
court with their respective case management systems and used to track individual accounts receivable. Each court provides first-level collection services and each court runs an aged
receivables list that identifies all ordered fines, costs and restitution that remain unpaid after 30 days. Courts are responsible for sending out 30 day, 60 day and 90 day collection letters. If
no payment is received after the 90 day letter, the party ordered to make payment may be subject to an order to show cause why they should not be held in contempt of court for failing
to make payment (s) as ordered. It is at this point where a collection agency may become involved with any collection agency to the government authority located in Muskegon, MI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 01, 2022.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
