(1) Vendor needs to provide tourism promotion funds management and direction services to the government authority located in Conway, SC.
- Manage and direct the expenditure of the thirty percent (30%) balance of State accommodations tax revenues utilized for advertising and promotion of tourism.
- Restrict 5% of the funds received (5% of the 30%) as County–directed promotional funds.
- The amount of funding for Campground and Local Community Promotions will be determined annually through the budget process
- Target markets - areas targeted for advertising
- Media format
- Timeline of planned expenditures, by month
- Estimated budgeted amounts, by category, to coincide with item.
