[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide pension administration software solution which will assist city in administration and management of their self-funded defined benefit retirement plan.
- The (PAS) is to be a single integrated system that administers all pension related aspects for both active and retired members. This includes active personnel and retirees’ ability to interact with the system through their preferred device.
- Implementation includes initiation, planning, analysis, configuration, testing, training, project management, interface development, etc.
- Data Conversion includes planning, analysis, cleansing, and conversion from multiple data sources, etc.
- Provide an automated environment that enhances and supports day-to-day operations with timely information by leveraging technology in all functional areas.
- The system shall adhere to industry standards and best practices and provide the technical foundation to ensure long-term effectiveness and efficiency.
- The system shall provide user accountability for internal auditing and systems integration.
- The system will integrate with other City applications and interface with our third-party providers through standard techniques.
- The system shall provide flexibility for in-house system administrators and the information technology department to make changes and adjustments as required, in an efficient and timely manner.
- The system should provide efficient and effective business processes and management tools to assist in program administration.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 13, 2023.
