[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Texas.  
- Reduce the vulnerability to flood hazards to protect the life, health, safety, and welfare of the community’s residents and visitors.
- Increase the resiliency and decrease the flood hazards within socially vulnerable communities (e.g Justice40).
- Identify mitigation efforts that benefit the region’s greatest flood risks and vulnerabilities.
- Minimize the number of properties that are situated in hazard prone locations.
- Reduce the adverse impact on critical facilities and infrastructure from flood hazard events.
- Provide redundancy to the system in the case of an infrastructure collapse.
(2) A pre- submission conference will be held on September 26, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2023.  
(4) The contract term will be three years.
