[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor ne Leaving on saturday march 25th, 2023 – returning on wednesday march 29th, 2023.
- Providing night security for all students as well as chaperones.
- There will be 42 students and 10 adults traveling.
- Provide chart bus service on an as needed basis for agency students, staff and volunteers, to include transportation services to and from activity event locations.
- Trips may consist of one (1) day, two (2) or more days’ travel and an overnight stay.
- Arrive and depart from designated pick-up location specified by agency.
- Provide accommodations for physically challenged students.
- Provide clean, reliable and late model vehicles for transporting students, staff and volunteers.
- Provide buses equipped with climate control atmosphere, public address system, video system, reclining seats, kneeling systems for easy boarding, reading lights and restrooms.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2023.  
(3) The contract term will be one year.
