[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio-visual equipment supplies to the government authority located in Tampa, FL.         
- The contractor shall maintain clean and safe work areas, including unobstructed walkways, while performing service.
- The contractor shall remove trash and debris from the work site and place into onsite solid waste dumpsters or dispose of off-site.
- The contractor shall follow industry, safety, and environmental rules, regulations, and best management practices.
- The contractor shall ensure technicians and representatives wear work clothing with a legible company name and the employee’s name.
- Equipment Standards
•    Only new and unused products shall be sold to the county. No factory seconds shall be accepted. Any attempt by the contractor(s) to furnish the county with other than first quality items shall constitute default as outlined in these specifications.
•    The Contractor shall include a packing list or other suitable shipping documentation if any item is shipped directly to a County building instead of being transported by the contractor. The Contractor is responsible for the shipment and all contents in the delivery package.
•    Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) shall be on site and accessible at the time of installation.
•    The Contractor shall include necessary cables, cords, wires, fire-stopping materials, etc. for all purchased equipment.
(2) A contract period will be for five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
