[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide distribution design and engineering services to conduct the following tasks which include, but are not limited to, electric distribution design, system mapping, and modelling for electric utilities to the government authority located in Lubbock, TX.
- Design and prepare technical drawings, cost estimates, and schedules for overhead, underground and street light facility construction.
- Perform field work including surveying, layout staking, and inspection.
- Coordinate with COL, TXDOT, BNSF, and FAA to acquire permits where required.
- Coordination with LP&L field personnel and/or LP&L contractors.
- Upon completion of any project, input as-built data into the LP&L GIS (ARC-FM Designer).
- Provide support for electric system modelling and analysis.
- Provide procurement support related to material, equipment, and construction specifications.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 4, 2023.
