[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide cable tv and internet services to the government authority located in Agana Heights GU.
• The contractor shall provide internet and cable tv services for the outlets listed
- Cable TV Services for 103 Outlets, QTY 12
- Business Internet Service, QTY 12
- Fiber Optic Internet Connection, QTY 12
- Wireless Internet Connection, QTY 12
• Contractor shall provide real-time monitoring and technical support staff 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for the entire period of performance.
• The contractor shall restore on-site service within four (4) hours of notification of outage.
• Contractor shall provide a detailed installation plan, all installed equipment by serial number, model, and power consumption requirements, and necessary environmental requirements (necessary temperature operating range and estimated heat generation)
• Contractor shall ensure 100% network availability rate.
• Contractor shall ensure all areas are cleaned up daily and prior to departing from the work locations.
• The contractor shall properly and neatly secure all cabling. Cabling shall be installed in a manner to prevent safety or trip hazards
• Contractor shall provide adequate grounding and lightning protection on all installed equipment
(2) The contract period will be for one year.
