[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide live entertainment production services.
- Professional, experienced, and creative company to provide full service live event production services
- Locally based live entertainers/artists/performers
- Up-and-coming national entertainers/artists/performers and national tribute bands
- National performing entertainers/artists/performers
- Artist/Talent acquisition, booking, and contracting.
- Provide detailed invoicing showing the total cost spent on talent acquisition/booking/contracting and live event production services.
- Full Service on-site presence for live event related operations and logistics for the coordination of actual live performance production to include:
- Live Sound Amplification and sound mixing
- Stage lighting
- Stage and back of house logistics and operation
- Artist/Talent handling and contract riders
- Production load-in and load out
- Provide Artist/Talent marketing materials and information to be used by the city for event marketing/advertising, to include but not limited to talent bios, photos, videos, etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 2, 2023.
