(1) Vendor needs to provide collection resale and disposal services to the government authority located in Fort Worth, TX.
- Arrange shipping or collection of surplus materials from the agency libraries free of charge.
- Accept books and possibly other formats, such as DVDs.
- Prepare these items for resale.
- Handle the online sale of these materials, collecting the money realized, and shipping the sold items to buyers.
- Dispose of materials that have not been sold in an environmentally sensitive manner, recycle, or donate to non‐profit organizations.
- Disburse to the agency , or a designated literacy partner, the agreed‐on portion of the monies realized from sales, according to mutually agreeable method and schedule
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 6, 2023
